Using the games

Snappy Fox Limited, trading as Snappy Fox Games, gives you permission to use this website and its games for personal, non-commercial play. Some games are prototypes or playtests, so rules, artwork and features may change while we learn what works.

If you are under 16, please play with a parent or guardian's permission. Do not use the site if you cannot agree to these terms.

Private rooms and player content

Use private rooms, player names and any table talk respectfully. Do not use the games to harass people, share unlawful or harmful material, impersonate someone else, disrupt a room, probe security, scrape the service or try to access another player's private information.

We may remove content, close a room or limit access where it is reasonably necessary to protect players or the service.

Daily Dose and fair play

Daily puzzles are provided for fun. Please do not automate play, exploit a bug, inspect or share hidden answers, tamper with scores, or create accounts or identities to manipulate future rankings. We may correct or remove results that are plainly invalid or obtained unfairly.

There are no cash prizes, gambling services or guaranteed rewards on the site.

Feedback

If you send voluntary feedback, you keep ownership of your words. You allow us to use, adapt and learn from it without payment or an obligation to use it, so we can improve the games. Please do not send ideas or material that you expect us to keep confidential.

Our material and availability

The games, artwork, writing, software and Snappy Fox names belong to Snappy Fox Limited or its licensors. Please do not copy, sell, republish or commercially exploit them without permission.

We aim to keep the site enjoyable and available, but prototypes can change and online services sometimes fail. To the extent allowed by law, the games are provided as available and we are not responsible for losses caused by an outage, lost game progress or a decision made while playing.
